They’re awarded to students who demonstrate a genuine interest and commitment to their study and based on specific selection. Some students also seek sponsorship through their school or local businesses and community organisations. At UNSW, we offer support to students who may be experiencing educational disadvantage or hardship. Individuals who complete the Gifted & Talented Licensure Program, and are currently licensed or eligible for Wisconsin DPI Teacher licensure, are eligible for the Gifted Education Teacher license 1013 or, with one additional course, the Gifted Education Program Coordinator license 5013.
